Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 19887
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the mere word "Aqsim" (I swear) does not constitute an oath unless the words "Aqsim Billahi" (I swear by Allah) are uttered. In another narration, it is said that the word "Ashhadu" (I bear witness) does not constitute an oath unless the words "Ashhadu Billahi" (I bear witness by Allah) are uttered.

(١٩٨٨٧) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ خالی ’ اقسم ‘ کے الفاظ سے قسم مراد نہیں ہوتی، جب تک (اقسم باللہ) کے الفاظ ادا نہ کیے جائیں۔ ایک قول میں ہے کہ ” اشہد “ کے الفاظ سے بھی قسم مراد نہیں، جب تک ” اشہد باللّٰہ “ کے الفاظ نہ بھولے۔
19887 Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh khali 'Aqsam' ke alfaz se qasam murad nahi hoti, jab tak (Aqsam billah) ke alfaz ada na kiye jayen. Ek qaul mein hai keh "Ashhadu" ke alfaz se bhi qasam murad nahi, jab tak "Ashhadu billah" ke alfaz na bhoolen.
١٩٨٨٧ - وَرَوَى إِسْحَاقُ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ، عَنْ رِشْدِينَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا،فِي قَوْلِهِ:" أُقْسِمُ "،قَالَ:" لَا يَكُونُ يَمِينًا حَتَّى يَقُولَ: أُقْسِمُ بِاللهِ "، وَفِي قَوْلِهِ" أَشْهَدُ "،قَالَ:" لَا يَكُونُ يَمِينًا حَتَّى يَقُولَ: أَشْهَدُ بِاللهِ "، وَهَذَا فِيمَا أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِجَازَةً، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شِيَرَوَيْهِ،قَالَ:قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ -يَعْنِي:مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ نَصْرٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ فَذَكَرَهُ، وَرُوِيَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ
