Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21399
(21399) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man, at the time of his death during the lifetime of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), set free his six slaves. He possessed no other wealth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) divided them into three parts. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) freed two and kept four as slaves.

(٢١٣٩٩) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے ان کا کوئی اور مال بھی نہ تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کردیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام رکھا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke ek aadmi ne Nabi (SAW) ke daur mein apni maut ke waqt chhe ghulam aazaad kar diye un ka koi aur maal bhi nah tha Aap (SAW) ne un ko teen hisson mein taqseem kar diya Aap (SAW) ne do ko aazaad kar diya aur chaar ko ghulam rakha
٢١٣٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ،قَالَا:ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أنبأ إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ أَعْبُدٍ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ، لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَزَّأَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَجْزَاءً، فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ، وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً.
