Ibn Muhayriz narrates from Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri, who narrates from Abu Usamah: When we received slave girls as spoils of war during the Battle of Banu Mustaliq, some of us wanted to practice coitus interruptus with them, while others wanted to sell them. We asked one another, "Is this permissible?" We then asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said, "Do not practice coitus interruptus. Verily, whatever Allah has decreed to be born until the Day of Judgement will be born."

(٢١٧٩٠) ابن محیریز ابو سعید الخدری ابو ابو صرمہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھیں غزوہ بنو مصطلق میں لونڈیاں ملیں۔ ہمارے بعض بیویاں بنانا چاہتے تھے اور بعض فروخت کرنا چاہتے تھے۔ ایک دوسرے سے کہنے لگے : یہ جائز نہیں ہے، ہم نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم عزل نہ کرو، جو اللہ نے لکھ چھوڑا کہ اس نے قیامت تک پیدا ہونا ہے وہ ہو کر رہے گا۔

Ek dusre se kehne lage: Yeh jaiz nahin hai, hum ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se pucha gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tum azl na karo, jo Allah ne likh chhora ke us ne qayamat tak paida hona hai wo ho kar rahe ga.
٢١٧٩٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ عَبْدُ الْكَبِيرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، ثنا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، وَأَبَا صِرْمَةَ أَخْبَرَاهُ أَنَّهُمْ أَصَابُوا سَبْيًا فِي غَزْوَةِ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ، وَكَانَ مِنَّا مَنْ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ أَهْلًا، وَمِنَّا مَنْ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ، فَتَرَاجَعْنَا،فَقَالَ بَعْضُنَا لِبَعْضٍ:لَيْسَ بِجَائِزٍ، فَذَكَرْنَا ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،فَقَالَ:" لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَعْزِلُوا، فَإِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدَّرَ مَا هُوَ خَالِقٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ "
