Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, "If anyone of you on having sexual relations with his wife said (before starting) (بِسْمِ هللا), and O' Allah! Protect us from Satan and also protect what you bestow upon us (the child) from Satan, and if it is destined that they should have a child then, Satan will never be able to harm that offspring."
حضرت ابن عباس ؓ ہی سے روایت ہے، وہ اس حدیث کو نبی ﷺ تک پہنچاتے تھے، آپؐ نے فرمایا: ’’جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنی بیوی کے پاس جائے تو کہے: ’’اللہ کے نام سے، اے اللہ! ہمیں شیطان سے محفوظ رکھ اور اسے بھی شیطان سے محفوظ رکھ جو تو ہمیں عنایت فرمائے۔‘‘ پھر ان دونوں کو اگر کوئی اولاد نصیب ہو تو شیطان اسے نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا۔‘‘
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radi Allahu Anhu) hi se riwayat hai, woh is hadees ko Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) tak pahunchate the, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi apni biwi ke paas jaae toh kahe: 'Allah ke naam se, aye Allah! Hamein shaitan se mehfooz rakh aur use bhi shaitan se mehfooz rakh jo tu hamein inayat farmaaye.' Phir un donon ko agar koi aulaad naseeb ho toh shaitan use nuqsan nahin pahuncha sakega."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَبْلُغُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ ، قَالَ : بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ ، اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ ، وَجَنِّبْ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ، فَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ لَمْ يَضُرُّهُ .
