Sahih al-Bukhari 4936

Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d: I saw Allah's Messenger pointing with his index and middle fingers, saying. The time of my Advent and the Hour are like these two fingers. The Great Catastrophe will overwhelm everything.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ هَكَذَا بِالْوُسْطَى وَالَّتِي تَلِي الإِبْهَامَ: «بُعِثْتُ وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ».

Narrated Aisha: The Prophet said, Such a person as recites the Qur'an and masters it by heart, will be with the noble righteous scribes (in Heaven). And such a person exerts himself to learn the Qur'an by heart, and recites it with great difficulty, will have a double reward.

حضرت عائشہ‬ ؓ س‬ے روایت ہے، وہ نبی ﷺ سے بیان کرتے ہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: ’’اس شخص کی مثال جو قرآن پڑھتا ہے اور وہ اس کا حافظ بھی ہے، مکرم اور نیک لکھنے والے (فرشتوں) جیسی ہے اور جو شخص قرآن مجید بار بار پڑھتا ہے اور وہ اس کے لیے دشوار ہے تو اسے دو گنا ثواب ملے گا۔‘‘

Hazrat Aisha (Radiyallahu Anha) se riwayat hai, woh Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain, aap ne farmaya: ''Us shakhs ki misal jo Quran padhta hai aur woh us ka hafiz bhi hai, mukarram aur naik likhne wale (farishton) jaisi hai aur jo shakhs Quran Majeed baar baar padhta hai aur woh us ke liye dushwar hai to usay do guna sawab mile ga.''

حدَّثَنَا آدَمُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ أَوْفَى ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَهُوَ حَافِظٌ لَهُ مَعَ السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ الْبَرَرَةِ ، وَمَثَلُ الَّذِي يَقْرَأُ القرآن وَهُوَ يَتَعَاهَدُهُ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ شَدِيدٌ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ .
