Narrated Ibn `Abbas: One night I slept at the house of Maimuna. The Prophet woke up, answered the call of nature, washed his face and hands, and then slept. He got up (late at night), went to a water skin, opened the mouth thereof and performed ablution not using much water, yet he washed al I the parts properly and then offered the prayer. I got up and straightened my back in order that the Prophet might not feel that I was watching him, and then I performed the ablution, and when he got up to offer the prayer, stood on his left. He caught hold of my ear and brought me over to his right side. He offered thirteen rak`at in all and then lay down and slept till he started blowing out his breath as he used to do when he slept. In the meantime Bilal informed the Prophet of the approaching time for the (Fajr) prayer, and the Prophet offered the Fajr (Morning) prayer without performing new ablution. He used to say in his invocation, Allaihumma ij'al fi qalbi nuran wa fi basari nuran, wa fi sam'i nuran, wa'an yamini nuran, wa'an yasari nuran, wa fawqi nuran, wa tahti nuran, wa amami nuran, wa khalfi nuran, waj'al li nuran. Kuraib (a sub narrator) said, I have forgotten seven other words, (which the Prophet mentioned in this invocation). I met a man from the offspring of Al-`Abbas and he narrated those seven things to me, mentioning, '(Let there be light in) my nerves, my flesh, my blood, my hair and my body,' and he also mentioned two other things.
حضرت ابن عباس ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ میں اپنی خالہ میمونہ ؓ کے ہاں ایک رات سویا۔ نبی ﷺ (اس رات) اٹھے۔ آپ نے حوائج ضروریہ کو پورا کرنے کے بعد اپنا چہرہ دھویا پھر دونوں ہاتھ دھوئے اور سو گئے پھر اٹھے اور مشکیزے کے پاس آئے اس کا تسمہ کھولا پھر اس سے درمیانہ وضو کیا، زیادہ پانی نہ گرایا، البتہ پانی ہر جگہ پہنچا دیا، پھر آپ نے نماز پڑھی۔ میں بھی اٹھا لیکن اٹھنے میں کچھ تاخیر کی۔ اس بات کو ناپسند کرتے ہوئے کہ آپ یہ خیال فرمائیں گے کہ میں آپ کا حال دیکھ رہا ہوں۔ بہرحال میں نے وضو کیا اور جب آپ کھڑے ہو کر نماز پڑھنے لگے تو میں بھی آپ کی بائیں طرف کھڑا ہوگیا۔ آپ نے میرا کان پکڑ کر مجھے دائیں طرف کر دیا۔ آپ کی تیرہ رکعات پوری ہو گئیں تو آپ لیٹ گئے، پھر سو گئے یہاں تک کہ خراٹے لینے لگے۔ آپ کی عادت تھی کہ جب آپ سوتے تو آپ کے سانس میں آواز پیدا ہونے لگتی تھی۔ حضرت بلال ؓ نے آپ ﷺ کو نماز کی اطلاع دی تو آپ نے نماز پڑھی لیکن وضو نہ کیا۔ آپ ان الفاظ میں دعا کرتے تھے: ”اے اللہ! میرے دل میں نور بھردے، میری نظر میں نور پیدا فرما، میرے کانوں میں نور میرے دائیں نور، میرے بائیں نور، اوپر نور، میرے ینچے نور، میرے آگے نور، میرے پیچھے نور اور مجهے نور عطا فرما۔“ (راوی حدیث) کریب نے کہا: انسانی بدن (تابوت) میں سات مزید اعضاء کا ذکر کیا۔ پھر انہوں نے حضرت عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کی اولاد میں سے ایک آدمی کو ملا انہوں نے مجھ سے ان کے متعلق بیان کیا کہ میرے پٹھے میرا گوشت میرا خون میرے بال اور میرا چمڑا ان سب میں نور بھر دے۔ ان کے علاوہ اور چیزوں کا ذکر بھی کیا۔
Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha ke main apni khala Maimoona (Radi Allahu Anha) ke haan ek raat soya. Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) (is raat) uthe. Aap ne hawaij-e-zarooriya ko poora karne ke baad apna chehra dhoya phir donon haath dhoye aur so gaye phir uthe aur mashkeeze ke paas aaye is ka tasma khola phir is se darmiyana wuzu kiya, zyada paani na giraya, albatta paani har jagah pohancha diya, phir Aap ne namaz parhi. Main bhi utha lekin uthne mein kuch takheer ki. Is baat ko napasand karte hue ke Aap yeh khayal farmaiyein ge ke main Aap ka haal dekh raha hoon. Be-haal main ne wuzu kiya aur jab Aap khare ho kar namaz parhne lage to main bhi Aap ki bayein taraf khara hogaya. Aap ne mera kaan pakar kar mujhe dayein taraf kar diya. Aap ki tera raka'at poori ho gaien to Aap lait gaye, phir so gaye yahan tak ke kharate lene lage. Aap ki aadat thi ke jab Aap sote to Aap ke saans mein awaaz paida hone lagti thi. Hazrat Bilal (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ko namaz ki ittela di to Aap ne namaz parhi lekin wuzu na kiya. Aap in alfaaz mein dua karte thay: ”Ae Allah! Mere dil mein noor bharde, meri nazar mein noor paida farma, mere kaanon mein noor mere dayein noor, mere bayein noor, upar noor, mere neeche noor, mere aage noor, mere peeche noor aur mujhe noor ata farma.” (Rawi-e-hadith) Kuraib ne kaha: Insani badan (taboot) mein saat mazeed aaza ka zikr kiya. Phir unhon ne Hazrat Abbas (Radi Allahu Anhu) ki aulad mein se ek aadmi ko mila unhon ne mujh se in ke mutalliq bayan kiya ke mere patthe mera gosht mera khoon mere baal aur mera chamra in sab mein noor bhar de. In ke alawah aur cheezon ka zikr bhi kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : بِتُّ عِنْدَ مَيْمُونَةَ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَتَى حَاجَتَهُ ، فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ ، ثُمَّ نَامَ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَأَتَى الْقِرْبَةَ ، فَأَطْلَقَ شِنَاقَهَا ، ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءًا بَيْنَ وُضُوءَيْنِ لَمْ يُكْثِرْ وَقَدْ أَبْلَغَ فَصَلَّى ، فَقُمْتُ فَتَمَطَّيْتُ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يَرَى أَنِّي كُنْتُ أَتَّقِيهِ فَتَوَضَّأْتُ ، فَقَامَ يُصَلِّي ، فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ ، فَأَخَذَ بِأُذُنِي فَأَدَارَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَتَتَامَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً ، ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ فَنَامَ حَتَّى نَفَخَ ، وَكَانَ إِذَا نَامَ نَفَخَ فَآذَنَهُ بِلَالٌ بِالصَّلَاةِ ، فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ ، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دُعَائِهِ : اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا ، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا ، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا ، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُورًا ، وَعَنْ يَسَارِي نُورًا ، وَفَوْقِي نُورًا ، وَتَحْتِي نُورًا ، وَأَمَامِي نُورًا ، وَخَلْفِي نُورًا ، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا ، قَالَ كُرَيْبٌ : وَسَبْعٌ فِي التَّابُوتِ ، فَلَقِيتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ وَلَدِ الْعَبَّاسِ ، فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِنَّ فَذَكَرَ : عَصَبِي ، وَلَحْمِي ، وَدَمِي ، وَشَعَرِي ، وَبَشَرِي ، وَذَكَرَ خَصْلَتَيْنِ .
