Sahih al-Bukhari 3373
Narrated Salama bin Al-Akwa`: The Prophet passed by some persons of the tribe of Aslam practicing archery (i.e. the throwing of arrows) Allah's Apostle said, O offspring of Ishmael! Practice archery (i.e. arrow throwing) as your father was a great archer (i.e. arrow-thrower). I am with (on the side of) the son of so-and-so-. Hearing that, one of the two teams stopped throwing. Allah's Apostle asked them, ' Why are you not throwing? They replied, O Allah's Apostle! How shall we throw when you are with the opposite team? He said, Throw, for I am with you all.
حضرت سلمہ بن اکوع ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ کا گزر قبیلہ اسلم کے چند لوگوں کے پاس سے ہوا جو تیر اندازی کر رہے تھے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اے اولاد اسماعیل ؑ! تیراندازی کرو کیونکہ تمھارے باپ بھی بڑے تیر اندازتھے۔ اور میں فلاں فریق کی طرف ہوں۔‘‘ راوی کہتے ہیں۔ یہ سن کر دوسرے فریق نے ہاتھ روک لیے۔ اس پر رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’تمھیں کیا ہوا، تیر اندازی کیوں نہیں کرتے؟‘‘ انھوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول اللہ ﷺ! ہم کس طرح تیراندازی کریں جبکہ آپ دوسرے فریق کے ساتھ ہیں؟ پھر آپ نے فرمایا: ’’تیراندازی کرو، میں تم سب کے ساتھ ہوں۔‘‘
Hazrat Salama bin Akwa (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ka guzar Qabila-e-Aslam ke chand logon ke paas se hua jo teer-andazi kar rahe the. Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Aye Aulad-e-Ismail (Alaihis Salam)! Teer-andazi karo kyunke tumhare baap bhi bade teer-andaz the. Aur mein falan fareeq ki taraf hoon." Rawi kehte hain. Ye sun kar doosre fareeq ne haath rok liye. Is par Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Tumhein kya hua, teer-andazi kyun nahi karte?" Unhon ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)! Hum kis tarah teer-andazi karein jabke Aap doosre fareeq ke sath hain? Phir Aap ne farmaya: "Teer-andazi karo, mein tum sab ke sath hoon."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى نَفَرٍ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ يَنْتَضِلُونَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ارْمُوا بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ فَإِنَّ أَبَاكُمْ كَانَ رَامِيًا وَأَنَا مَعَ بَنِي فُلَانٍ ، قَالَ : فَأَمْسَكَ أَحَدُ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَرْمُونَ ، فَقَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، نَرْمِي وَأَنْتَ مَعَهُمْ ، قَالَ : ارْمُوا وَأَنَا مَعَكُمْ كُلِّكُمْ .
