Sahih al-Bukhari 368
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade two kinds of sales (ie) Al-Limais and An-Nibadh (the former is a kind of sale in which the deal is completed if the buyer touches a thing, without seeing or checking it properly and the latter is a kind of a sale in which the deal is completed when the seller throws a thing towards the buyer giving him no opportunity to see, touch or check it) and (the Prophet ﷺ forbade) also Ishtimal-As- Samma' and Al-Ihtiba' in a single garment.
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا: نبی ﷺ نے دو قسم کی خریدوفروخت سے منع فرمایا: ایک صرف چھونے سے اور دوسری جو صرف پھینکنے سے پختہ ہو جائے، نیز آپ نے اشتمال صماء اور ایک کپڑے میں گوٹھ مار کر بیٹھنے سے بھی منع فرمایا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha: Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne do qism ki khareed o farokht se mana farmaya: Aik sirf chhoone se aur doosri jo sirf phenkne se pukhta ho jaye, neezy aap ne ishtimal-e-samma aur aik kapre mein gotth maar kar baithne se bhi mana farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ ، عَنِ اللِّمَاسِ وَالنِّبَاذِ ، وَأَنْ يَشْتَمِلَ الصَّمَّاءَ ، وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ .
