Sahih al-Bukhari 4286
Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that on the day of the Conquest of Makka, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) entered Makka, wearing a helmet on his head. When he took it off, a man came and said, Ibn Khatal is clinging to the curtain of the Ka`ba.’ The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘kill him.’ Malik a sub-narrator said, ‘on that day the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was not in a state of Ihram as it appeared to us, and Allah knows better.
حضرت انس بن مالک ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ فتح مکہ کے وقت جب مکہ میں داخل ہوئے تو آپ کے سر مبارک پر خود تھا۔ آپ نے اسے اتارا ہی تھا کہ ایک آدمی نے آ کر عرض کیا: ابن خطل کعبے کے پردے سے چمٹا ہوا ہے۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اسے وہیں قتل کر دو۔‘‘ امام مالک فرماتے ہیں: ہمارے گمان کے مطابق نبی ﷺ اس دن محرم نہیں تھے۔ والله أعلم
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Fatah-e-Makka ke waqt jab Makka mein dakhil hue to aap ke sar-e-mubarak par khud tha. Aap ne ise utara hi tha ke ek aadmi ne aa kar arz kiya: Ibn Khatal Kaabe ke parde se chimta hua hai. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Ise wahin qatl kar do." Imam Malik farmate hain: Hamare guman ke mutabiq Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is din muhrim nahi thay. Wallahu Aalam.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمِغْفَرُ ، فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ خَطَلٍ : مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ : اقْتُلْهُ ، قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَلَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا نُرَى ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُحْرِمًا .
