Sahih al-Bukhari 4437
Narrated Aisha: When Allah 's Apostle was in good health, he used to say, Never does a prophet die unless he is shown his place in Paradise ( before his death ), and then he is made alive or given option. When the Prophet became ill and his last moments came while his head was on my thigh, he became unconscious, and when he came to his senses, he looked towards the roof of the house and then said, O Allah! (Please let me be) with the highest companion. Thereupon I said, Hence he is not going to stay with us? Then I came to know that his state was the confirmation of the narration he used to mention to us while he was in good health.
حضرت عائشہ ؓ ہی سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ تندرستی کی حالت میں فرماتے تھے: ’’نبی اس وقت تک فوت نہیں ہوتا حتی کہ وہ اپنی جگہ جنت میں نہ دیکھ لے، پھر اسے زندگی یا موت کا اختیار دیا جاتا ہے۔‘‘ جب آپ ﷺ بیمار ہوئے اور آپ کی وفات کا وقت قریب آیا تو آپ میری ران پر سر رکھے ہوئے تھے۔ پہلے آپ پر غشی طاری ہوئی، پھر کچھ افاقہ ہوا تو چھت کی طرف دیکھ کر فرمایا: ’’اے اللہ! مجھے رفیق اعلیٰ سے ملا دے۔‘‘ اس وقت میں نے (دل میں) کہا کہ اب آپ ہمارے پاس رہنا پسند نہیں کریں گے۔ تب مجھے آپ کی اس حدیث کی تصدیق ہو گئی جو آپ بحالت صحت فرمایا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) hi se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) tandurusti ki halat mein farmate the: ''Nabi us waqt tak faut nahi hota hatta ke woh apni jagah jannat mein na dekh le, phir ise zindagi ya maut ka ikhtiyar diya jata hai.'' Jab Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) bimar hue aur Aap ki wafat ka waqt qareeb aaya to Aap meri raan par sar rakkhe hue the. Pehle Aap par ghashi tari hui, phir kuch afaqa hua to chhat ki taraf dekh kar farmaya: ''Ae Allah! mujhe rafiq-e-aala se mila de.'' Is waqt main ne (dil mein) kaha ke ab Aap hamare paas rehna pasand nahi karein ge. Tab mujhe Aap ki is hadees ki tasdeeq ho gayi jo Aap bahalat-e-sehat farmaya karte the.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، إِنَّ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ ، يَقُولُ : إِنَّهُ لَمْ يُقْبَضْ نَبِيٌّ قَطُّ حَتَّى يَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ ، ثُمَّ يُحَيَّا أَوْ يُخَيَّرَ ، فَلَمَّا اشْتَكَى وَحَضَرَهُ الْقَبْضُ وَرَأْسُهُ عَلَى فَخِذِ عَائِشَةَ غُشِيَ عَلَيْهِ ، فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ شَخَصَ بَصَرُهُ نَحْوَ سَقْفِ الْبَيْتِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ فِي الرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى ، فَقُلْتُ : إِذًا لَا يُجَاوِرُنَا ، فَعَرَفْتُ أَنَّهُ حَدِيثُهُ الَّذِي كَانَ يُحَدِّثُنَا وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ .
