Sahih al-Bukhari 4459
Narrated Al-Aswad: It was mentioned in the presence of `Aisha that the Prophet had appointed `Ali as successor by will. Thereupon she said, Who said so? I saw the Prophet, while I was supporting him against my chest. He asked for a tray, and then fell on one side and expired, and I did not feel it. So how (do the people say) he appointed `Ali as his successor?
حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، ان کے پاس ذکر ہوا کہ نبی ﷺ نے حضرت علی ؓ کو کوئی خاص وصیت کی ہے۔ حضرت عائشہ ؓ نے فرمایا: یہ کون کہتا ہے؟ میں خود نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر تھی، آپ میرے سینے سے ٹیک لگائے ہوئے تھے۔ آپ نے طشت منگوایا، پھر ایک طرف جھک گئے اور آپ کی وفات ہو گئی۔ اس وقت مجھے بھی معلوم نہیں ہوا، پھر حضرت علی ؓ کو آپ نے کب وصی بنا دیا؟
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai, un ke paas zikar hua ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hazrat Ali (Radi Allahu Anhu) ko koi khaas wasiyat ki hai. Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) ne farmaya: Yeh kaun kehta hai? Main khud Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir thi, Aap mere seene se tek lagaye hue the. Aap ne tasht mangwaya, phir ek taraf jhuk gaye aur Aap ki wafat ho gayi. Is waqt mujhe bhi maloom nahi hua, phir Hazrat Ali (Radi Allahu Anhu) ko Aap ne kab wasi bana diya?
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَزْهَرُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، قَالَ : ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ، فَقَالَتْ : مَنْ قَالَهُ ؟ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِنِّي لَمُسْنِدَتُهُ إِلَى صَدْرِي ، فَدَعَا بِالطَّسْتِ فَانْخَنَثَ فَمَاتَ ، فَمَا شَعَرْتُ ، فَكَيْفَ أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؟ .
