Sahih al-Bukhari 5271
Narrated Abu Huraira: A man from Bani Aslam came to Allah's Apostle while he was in the mosque and called (the Prophet ) saying, O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse. On that the Prophet turned his face from him to the other side, whereupon the man moved to the side towards which the Prophet had turned his face, and said, O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet turned his face (from him) to the other side whereupon the man moved to the side towards which the Prophet had turned his face, and repeated his statement. The Prophet turned his face (from him) to the other side again. The man moved again (and repeated his statement) for the fourth time. So when the man had given witness four times against himself, the Prophet called him and said, Are you insane? He replied, No. The Prophet then said (to his companions), Go and stone him to death. The man was a married one.
سیدنا ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ قبیلہ اسلم کا ایک شخص رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا جبکہ آپ اس وقت مسجد میں تشریف فرما تھے۔ اس نے آتے ہی آپ کو آواز دی: اللہ کے رسول! اس کم بخت نے زنا کیا ہے، اس نے خود کو مراد لیا۔ آپ ﷺ نے اس سے اعراض فرمایا لیکن اس نے بھی رخ ادھر کرلیا جس طرح آپ ﷺ کا چہرہ انور تھا۔ اس نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول اس نے زنا کیا ہے۔ آپ ﷺ نے اس مرتبہ بھی منہ موڑ لیا لیکن وہ ہھر اس طرف آ گیا جدھر آپ ﷺ نے پھر اس سے اعراض فرمایا: پھر جب وہ چوتھی مرتبہ اس طرح رسول اللہ ﷺ کے سامنے آ گیا اوراپنے خلاف چار مرتبہ زنا کی شہادت دی تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس سے دریافت فرمایا: ”کیا تو دیوانہ ہے؟“ اس نے کہا نہیں۔ اس کے بعد نبی ﷺ نے صحابہ کرام ؓ سے فرمایا: ”اسے لے جاؤ اور سنگسار کردو۔“ کیونکہ وہ شادی شدہ تھا۔
Sayyidna Abu Huraira (radi Allahu anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke qabila Aslam ka aik shakhs Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hua jabke Aap is waqt masjid mein tashreef farma thay. Is ne aate hi Aap ko awaaz di: Allah ke Rasool! Is kam bakht ne zina kiya hai, is ne khud ko murad liya. Aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne is se ayraz farmaya lekin is ne bhi rukh idhar karliya jis tarah Aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ka chehra-e-anwar tha. Is ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool is ne zina kiya hai. Aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne is martaba bhi mun morr liya lekin woh phir is taraf aa gaya jidhar Aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne phir is se ayraz farmaya: Phir jab woh chothi martaba is tarah Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ke samne aa gaya aur apne khilaf char martaba zina ki shahadat di to Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne is se daryaft farmaya: "Kya tu deewana hai?" Is ne kaha nahi. Is ke baad Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne sahaba karam (radi Allahu anhum) se farmaya: "Ise le jao aur sangsar kardo." Kyunke woh shadi shuda tha.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أن أبا هريرة ، قَالَ : أَتَى رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَنَادَاهُ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّ الْأَخِرَ قَدْ زَنَى يَعْنِي نَفْسَهُ ، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ ، فَتَنَحَّى لِشِقِّ وَجْهِهِ الَّذِي أَعْرَضَ قِبَلَهُ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّ الْأَخِرَ قَدْ زَنَى ، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ ، فَتَنَحَّى لِشِقِّ وَجْهِهِ الَّذِي أَعْرَضَ قِبَلَهُ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ ، فَتَنَحَّى لَهُ الرَّابِعَةَ ، فَلَمَّا شَهِدَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ دَعَاهُ ، فَقَالَ : هَلْ بِكَ جُنُونٌ ؟ قَالَ : لَا ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَارْجُمُوهُ ، وَكَانَ قَدْ أُحْصِنَ .
