Chapter: To be taken to the right side in a dream
٣٦
باب الأَخْذِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ فِي النَّوْمِ
Sahih al-Bukhari 7031
Hafsa told me that she had mentioned it to the Prophet and he said, `Abdullah is a righteous man if he only prays more at night. (Az-Zuhri said, After that, `Abdullah used to pray more at night. )
ام المومنین سیدہ ٖحفصہ ؓ نے نبی ﷺ سےاس کا تذکرہ کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”عبداللہ نیک آدمی ہے اگر وہ رات کو بکثرت نماز پڑھے۔“ امام زہری نے کہا: (اس فرمان رسول) کے بعد حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر ؓ رات میں نفل نماز زیادہ پڑھا کرتے تھے۔
Umm-ul-Momineen Sayyidah Hafsah (Radi Allahu Anha) ne Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se is ka tazkira kiya to aap ne farmaya: "Abdullah naik aadmi hai agar woh raat ko bakasrat namaz parhe." Imam Zuhri ne kaha: (Is farman-e-Rasul) ke baad Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) raat mein nafal namaz zyada parha karte thay.
فَزَعَمَتْ حَفْصَةُ أَنَّهَا قَصَّتْهَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ رَجُلٌ صَالِحٌ لَوْ كَانَ يُكْثِرُ الصَّلَاةَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ يُكْثِرُ الصَّلَاةَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ .
