Chapter: The religious learned men should not differ

باب مَا ذَكَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَحَضَّ عَلَى اتِّفَاقِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ
Sahih al-Bukhari 7328
Narrated Hisham's father: `Umar sent a message to `Aisha, saying, Will you allow me to be buried with my two companions (the Prophet and Abu Bakr) ? She said, Yes, by Allah. though it was her habit that if a man from among the companions (of the Prophet ) sent her a message asking her to allow him to be buried there, she would say, No, by Allah, I will never give permission to anyone to be buried with them.
سیدنا عروہ سے روایت ہے کہ سیدنا عمر ؓ نے سیدہ عائشہ ؓ کو پیغام بھیجا کہ وہ مجھے اپنے دونوں ساتھیوں کے ساتھ دفن ہونے کی اجازت دیں ام المومنین نے فرمایا: اللہ کی قسم! ہاں میں ان کو اجازت دیتی ہوں۔ راؤی حدیث کہتا ہے: پہلے جب کوئی صحابی ان سے وہاں دفن مانگتا تو فرماتیں: اللہ کی قسم! میں ان کے ساتھ کسی اور دفن نہیں ہونے دوں گی۔
Sayyiduna Urwah se riwayat hai ke Sayyiduna Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne Sayyidah Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) ko paigham bheja ke woh mujhe apne donon sathion ke sath dafan hone ki ijazat dein Umm-ul-Momineen ne farmaya: Allah ki qasam! Haan main in ko ijazat deti hoon. Rawi-e-hadees kehta hai: Pehle jab koi Sahabi un se wahan dafan mangta to farmatin: Allah ki qasam! Main un ke sath kisi aur ko dafan nahi hone doon gi.
وعَنْ هشام عن أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ ائْذَنِي لِي أَنْ أُدْفَنَ مَعَ صَاحِبَيَّ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِي وَاللَّهِ ، قَالَ : وَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا أَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ ، قَالَتْ : لَا وَاللَّهِ لَا أُوثِرُهُمْ بِأَحَدٍ أَبَدًا .
