Narrated from Amir al-Mu'minin, Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever leaves a spot the size of a hair during the obligatory bath after sexual intercourse, a great punishment awaits him in Hellfire." Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "This is the reason why I became an enemy to my hair and used to shave my head."
امیر المومنین سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے ایک بال برابر غسل جنابت میں جگہ چھوڑ دی اسے جہنم کا بڑا عذاب ہو گا۔“ سیدنا على رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: میں نے اسی وجہ سے اپنے سر سے دشمنی کر لی اور وہ اپنے بال مونڈوایا کرتے تھے۔

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "مَنْ تَرَكَ مَوْضِعَ شَعْرَةٍ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ لَمْ يُصِبْهَا الْمَاءُ، فُعِلَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنْ النَّارِ"، قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: فَمِنْ ثَمَّ عَادَيْتُ رَأْسِي، وَكَانَ يَجُزُّ شَعْرَهُ.
