On the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you something which removes sins and raises ranks?" They said: Yes. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Performing wudu (ablution) well during times of hardship (such as in cold weather), taking many steps to the mosque, and waiting for the next prayer after a prayer."

سیدنا ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے، رسول الله ﷺ فرماتے تھے: ”کیا نہ بتاؤں میں تم کو ایسی چیز جس کی وجہ سے اللہ تعالیٰ گناہوں کو ختم کر دیتا ہے اور نیکیوں کو بڑھا دیتا ہے؟“ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: ہاں، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تکلیف کے وقت (سردی وغیرہ میں) اچھی طرح وضو کرنا، اور بہت چلنا مسجدوں کی طرف، اور ایک نماز سے دوسری نماز کا انتظار کرنا۔“
Sayyidna Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai, Rasul Allah SAW farmate thy: "Kia na bataon main tum ko aisi cheez jis ki wajah se Allah Ta'ala gunaahon ko khatam kar deta hai aur nekiyon ko barha deta hai?" Logon ne arz kia: Haan, Aap SAW ne farmaya: "Takleef ke waqt (sardi waghaira main) achhi tarah wuzu karna, aur bahut chalna masjidon ki taraf, aur ek namaz se dusri namaz ka intezar karna."
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ ابْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ: "أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا يُكَفِّرُ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْخَطَايَا، وَيَزِيدُ بِهِ فِي الْحَسَنَاتِ؟"، قَالُوا: بَلَى، قَالَ:"إِسْبَاغُ الْوُضُوءِ عَلَى الْمَكْرُوهَاتِ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْخُطَا إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ"..
