Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever kills a disbeliever, the belongings of the murdered (person) will belong to the killer." Sayyiduna Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) killed twenty men (disbelievers) on that day (in the Battle of Hunayn) and also took their belongings and possessions.

سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص کسی کافر کو مارے گا تو اس مقتول کا سامان (قاتل) مارنے والے کو ملے گا۔“ سیدنا ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس دن (جنگِ حنین میں) بیس آدمیوں (کافروں) کو مارا اور ان کا سامان و اسباب بھی لے لیا۔
Sayyidna Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs kisi kafir ko maare ga to us maqtul ka saman (qaatil) maarne wale ko mile ga۔“ Sayyidna Abu Talha (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne us din (jang-e-Hunain mein) bees aadmiyon (kafiron) ko mara aur un ka saman o asbab bhi le liya.
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "مَنْ قَتَلَ كَافِرًا، فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ". فَقَتَلَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عِشْرِينَ، وَأَخَذَ أَسْلَابَهُمْ.
