Chapter on a menstruating woman remembering Allah but not reciting Quran
باب الحائض تذكر الله عز وجل ولا تقرأ القرآن
Sunan al-Darimi 1030
Imam Ibrahim and Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on them, said: A menstruating woman and a man or woman in a state of Janabah can recite the beginning portion of the verse, but they should not recite the complete verse until the end.
Grade: Da'if
امام ابراہیم اور سعید بن جبیر رحمہما اللہ نے کہا: حائضہ عورت اور جنابت والے مرد و عورت آیت کا شروع حصہ پڑھ سکتے ہیں، آخر تک پوری آیت نہیں پڑھیں گے۔
Imam Ibrahim aur Saeed bin Jubair rehmatullahi alaih ne kaha: Haiza aurat aur junubi mard o aurat aayat ka shuru hissa parh sakte hain, aakhir tak poori aayat nahin parhen ge.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَحَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالُوا: "الْحَائِضُ وَالْجُنُبُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ الْآيَةَ وَلَا يُتِمُّونَ آخِرَهَا".
