Sunan al-Darimi 198
Imam Shabi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: By Allah, if you make analogy your standard, then you will make halal haram and haram halal.
Grade: Sahih
امام شعبی رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: اللہ کی قسم اگر تم قیاس کو معیار بناؤ گے تو حلال کو حرام اور حرام کو حلال کر ڈالو گے۔
Imam Shabi rehmatullah ne farmaya: Allah ki qasam agar tum qayas ko mayar banaoge to halal ko haram aur haram ko halal kar daloge.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: "وَاللَّهِ لَئِنْ أَخَذْتُمْ بِالْمَقَايِيسِ، لَتُحَرِّمُنَّ الْحَلَالَ، وَلَتُحِلُّنَّ الْحَرَامَ".
