Sunan al-Darimi 2128
Abdullah bin Al-Dailami said: I entered upon Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with him, in his garden in Taif, which was called "Waht." I saw him walking while holding the hand of a young man from Quraysh, whom people suspected of drinking wine. I said: I have learned some things that you narrate from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that you (the Prophet) said: "Whoever drinks a mouthful of wine, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days." When the young man heard the mention of wine, he pulled his hand away from the hand of Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, and ran away. Then Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "O Allah! I do not allow anyone to attribute to me something I did not say. Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: 'Whoever drinks a mouthful of wine, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. Then, if he repents (sincerely), Allah will accept his repentance.'" I do not remember whether he said the third or fourth time: "Allah will make him drink from 'rughat al-khabal' on the Day of Resurrection."

عبداللہ بن الدیلمی نے کہا: میں سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں ان کے طائف کے باغ میں داخل ہوا جس کو «وهط» کہا جاتا تھا، دیکھا تو وہ قریش کے ایک جوان کا ہاتھ پکڑے ٹہل رہے تھے جس پر لوگ شراب پینے کا گمان کرتے تھے۔ میں نے عرض کیا: کچھ باتیں مجھے معلوم ہوئی ہیں کہ آپ رسول اللہ ﷺ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے شراب کا ایک گھونٹ پی لیا تو چالیس روز تک اس کی نماز قبول نہ ہو گی“، جب اس جوان نے شراب کا ذکر سنا تو سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہاتھ سے اپنا ہاتھ چھڑایا اور بھاگ گیا، پھر سیدنا عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: اے اللہ! میں کسی کو اجازت نہیں دیتا ہوں کہ وہ میری طرف ایسی بات منسوب کرے جو میں نے نہیں کہی ہے۔ بیشک میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا، آپ ﷺ فرماتے ہیں: ”جو شخص ایک گھونٹ شراب کا پیئے گا چالیس دن تک اس کی نماز قبول نہ کی جائے گی، پھر اگر وہ (سچی) توبہ کر لے تو الله تعالیٰ اس کی توبہ قبول کر لے گا۔“ مجھے یاد نہیں کہ تیسری بار یا چوتھی بار فرمایا کہ: الله تعالیٰ پر اسے قیامت کے دن «روغة الخبال» پلانا لازم ہوگا۔
Abdullaah bin aldilami ne kaha: main sayyidna Abdullaah bin Amr bin alAas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki khidmat mein un ke taif ke baagh mein dakhil hua jis ko «wahT» kaha jata tha, dekha to wo Quresh ke ek jawan ka hath pakde tahal rahe the jis par log sharaab pine ka guman karte the. Maine arz kiya: kuch baaten mujhe malum hui hain ki aap Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bayan karte hain ki aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”jis ne sharaab ka ek ghunt pi liya to chalis roz tak us ki namaz qubool na ho gi“, jab is jawan ne sharaab ka zikr suna to sayyidna Abdullaah bin Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke hath se apna hath chhdaya aur bhaag gaya, phir sayyidna Abdullaah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: aye Allah! main kisi ko ijazat nahin deta hun ki wo meri taraf aisi baat mansoob kare jo maine nahin kahi hai. Beshak maine Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se suna, aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmate hain: ”jo shakhs ek ghunt sharaab ka piye ga chalis din tak us ki namaz qubool na ki jaye gi, phir agar wo (sachi) tauba kar le to Allah taala us ki tauba qubool kar le ga. “ mujhe yaad nahin ki teesri baar ya chauthi baar farmaya ki: Allah taala par use qayamat ke din «rooghat ulkhibal» pilana lazim ho ga.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ فِي حَائِطٍ لَهُ بِالطَّائِفِ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْوَهْطُ، فَإِذَا هُوَ مُخَاصِرٌ فَتًى مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ يُزَنُّ ذَلِكَ الْفَتَى بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ، فَقُلْتُ: خِصَالٌ بَلَغَتْنِي عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُ بِهَا، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ: مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ شَرْبَةً، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، فَلَمَّا أَنْ سَمِعَهُ الْفَتَى بِذِكُرُ الْخَمْرَ، اخْتَلَجَ يَدَهُ مِنْ يَدِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ثُمَّ وَلَّى. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي لَا أُحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ، وَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: "مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ شَرْبَةً، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، فَإِنْ تَابَ، تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَا أَدْرِي فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَمْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ: كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ رَدْغَةِ الْخَبَالِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ".
