Chapter: Inheritance of a cursed person's son.
باب: في ميراث ابن الملاعنة
Sunan al-Darimi 2995
Yunus said that Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say: "The inheritance of the child of li'an (a child born after the oath of imprecation is taken) is for his mother." Yunus said: "I said, 'What if he also has a maternal brother?'" He replied, "If he has a maternal brother, then he (the brother) will receive one-sixth."

یونس نے کہا کہ حسن رحمہ اللہ کہتے تھے: ولد الملاعنہ کی میراث اس کی ماں کے لئے ہے، یونس نے کہا: میں نے کہا اگر اس کا مادری بھائی بھی موجود ہو تو؟ کہا: اگر اس کا مادری بھائی ہو تو اس کے لئے سدس ہوگا۔
Younas ne kaha ki Hasan rehmatullah alaih kehte thay: Walad ul malaanah ki miras us ki maan ke liye hai, Younas ne kaha: main ne kaha agar us ka madri bhai bhi mojood ho to? kaha: agar us ka madri bhai ho to us ke liye sudus hoga.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا المُعْتَمِر، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُول: "مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّه، قُلْتُ: فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّه؟ قَالَ: لَهُ السُّدُسُ".
