Sunan al-Darimi 3030
Anas bin Sirin said: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Two people from two different religions will not inherit from each other, and whoever does not inherit will not be deprived.
انس بن سیرین نے کہا: سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: دو مختلف ملتوں کے لوگ وارث نہ ہوں گے، اور جو وارث نہ ہو محروم بھی نہ کرے گا۔
Anas bin Sireen ne kaha: Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya: do mukhtalif millaton ke log waris na honge, aur jo waris na ho mehroom bhi na karega.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: "لَا يَتَوَارَثُ مِلَّتَانِ شَتَّى، وَلَا يَحْجُبُ مَنْ لَا يَرِثُ".
