ومن كتاب الفرائض Chapter: Sale of loyalty.
باب: بيع الولاء
Sunan al-Darimi 3193
Qatadah (bin Di'amah) said: Hasan and Sa'id bin Al-Musayyab (may Allah have mercy on them both) disliked the selling of "wala'", (i.e., they considered it disliked).
Grade: Sahih
قتادہ (بن دعامہ) نے کہا: حسن اور سعید بن المسیب رحمہما اللہ نے ولاء کے بیچنے کو ناپسند کیا ہے (یعنی مکروہ سمجھا ہے)۔
Qatadah (bin Duamah) ne kaha: Hasan aur Saeed bin al-Musayyab rahimahumAllah ne wilaya ke bechne ko napasand kiya hai (yani makruh samjha hai).
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِم، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:"أنهما كرها بيع الولاء".
