باب إذا اختلطت على المرأة أيام حيضها في أيام استحاضتها
Sunan al-Darimi 935
Imam Auza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Imam Zuhri and Yahya bin Abi Kathir (may Allah have mercy on them) saying: They used to say that she (a woman experiencing istihaadah (non-menstrual bleeding)) should perform ghusl (ritual bath) for every prayer. Imam Auza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: And this is the narration that reached me from Mak'hul as well.

امام اوزاعی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: میں نے امام زہری اور یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر رحمہما اللہ سے سنا: وہ کہتے تھے کہ وہ (مستحاضہ) ہر نماز کے لئے علاحدہ غسل کرے گی۔ امام اوزاعی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: اور مکحول سے بھی مجھے یہی روایت پہنچی ہے۔
Imaam Auzaee rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: mein ne Imaam Zuhri aur Yahya bin Abi Kaseer rehmatullah alaihema se suna: woh kehte thay keh woh (mustahaza) har namaz ke liye alag ghusl karegi. Imaam Auzaee rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: aur Makhool se bhi mujhe yahi riwayat pohnchi hai.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، وَيَحْيَى بْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، يَقُولَانِ: "تُفْرِدُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ اغْتِسَالَةً"، قَالَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ: وَبَلَغَنِي عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
