باب إذا اختلطت على المرأة أيام حيضها في أيام استحاضتها
Sunan al-Darimi 952
It is narrated from Imam Auza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: I asked Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him): If a man buys a young slave girl who is not yet of age and is not like one who can become pregnant, what is the waiting period for her purification? He said: Three months.

امام اوزاعی رحمہ اللہ سے مروی ہے: میں نے امام زہری رحمہ اللہ سے دریافت کیا: آدمی نابالغ لونڈی خریدے، جس کے مثل حاملہ نہ ہو سکے تو اس کے استبراء رحم کی مدت کیا ہو گی؟ فرمایا: تین مہینے۔
Imam Auzai rehmatullah alaihe se marvi hai: maine Imam Zuhri rehmatullah alaihe se daryaft kiya: aadmi nabaligh laundi kharede, jis ke misl hamil nah ho sake to us ke istabraa reham ki muddat kya hogi? Farmaya: teen mahine.
(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغْ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا، بِكَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟، قَالَ: "بِثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ"..
