باب: وقت النفساء وما قيل فيه

Sunan al-Darimi 988

Ata said: If a woman's usual bleeding period after childbirth is known, then that's the duration. Otherwise, she will observe a waiting period of forty days.

Grade: Sahih

عطاء رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: اگر نفساء کی عادت معروف ہو تو ٹھیک ورنہ چالیس دن بیٹھ رہیں گی۔

Ata rahmatullah ne kaha: agar nifaas ki adat ma'roof ho to theek warna chalis din beth rahengi.

(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: "إِنْ كَانَ لِلنُّفَسَاءِ عَادَةٌ، وَإِلَّا جَلَسَتْ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً".
