Sahih Ibn Hibban 1993
Abdullah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ would turn right and left [while greeting the people in prayer] to the point that the whiteness of his cheeks could be seen [by those behind him] and he would say, “Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.” Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نماز میں سلام پھیرتے وقت دائیں اور بائیں اس قدر متوجہ ہوتے کہ آپ ﷺ کے دونوں رخساروں کی سفیدی (پیچھے والوں کو) دکھائی دیتی اور فرماتے: السلام علیکم ورحمة اللہ، السلام علیکم ورحمة اللہ وبرکاتہ۔
Abdullah Razi Allah Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam namaz mein salam pherte waqt daen aur baen is qadar mutawajjah hote ki aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke donon rukhsaron ki safedi (peeche walon ko) dikhayi deti aur farmate: Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ»
