Sahih Ibn Hibban 2532
Urwah said: Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say, “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not say the tasbih for sacrifice” - and Aishah used to say it - and she said, “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) abandoned many acts for fear that the people would take them as Sunnah (and thus it would become obligatory upon them)."
عروہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اہلیہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی تھیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قربانی کے لیے تسبیح نہیں کرتے تھے، اور عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا تسبیح کیا کرتی تھیں۔ اور آپ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی تھیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بہت سے کام اس ڈر سے چھوڑ دیے کہ کہیں لوگ ان کو سنت نہ سمجھ لیں (اور یوں وہ ان پر لازم نہ ہو جائیں)۔
Uruah kehte hain keh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki ahliya Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha farmati thi keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam qurbani ke liye tasbeeh nahin karte thay, aur Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha tasbeeh kiya karti thin. Aur aap Radi Allahu Anha farmati thi keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne bahut se kaam is dar se chhor diye keh kahin log in ko sunnat na samajh len (aur yun woh in par lazim na ho jayen).
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُرْوَةُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَتْ تَقُولُ «مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُسَبِّحُ سُبْحَةَ الضُّحَى» وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تُسَبِّحُهَا وَكَانَتْ تَقُولُ «إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَرَكَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الْعَمَلِ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَنَّ النَّاسُ بِهِ فَيُفْرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ»
