Sahih Ibn Hibban 3864
Aishah said: I wish I had sought permission from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, as Saudah sought permission, so that I could pray the morning prayer in Mina and throw the pebbles before the people came. I said to Aishah, "And Saudah sought permission from him?" She said, "Yes, she was a heavyset and slow woman, so she sought permission from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he gave her permission."
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ کاش میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس طرح کی اجازت مانگ لی ہوتی جس طرح سودہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے مانگی تھی تاکہ میں منیٰ میں نماز فجر پڑھ لیتی اور لوگوں کے آنے سے پہلے کنکریاں مار لیتی، میں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہا کیا سودہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان سے اجازت طلب کی تھی؟ تو انھوں نے کہا ہاں وہ بھاری اور سست عورت تھیں تو انھوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اجازت مانگی تو آپ نے انھیں اجازت دے دی۔

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ السُّوسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ اسْتَأْذَنْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَمَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ سَوْدَةُ فَأُصَلِّيَ الصُّبْحَ بِمِنًى وَأَرْمِي الْجَمْرَةَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ النَّاسُ فَقُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ وَكَانَتْ سَوْدَةُ اسْتَأْذَنَتْهُ قَالَتْ «نَعَمْ إِنَّهَا كَانَتِ امْرَأَةً ثَقِيلَةً ثَبِطَةً فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَذِنَ لَهَا»
