Sunan Ibn Majah 2381
Zaid bin Thabit narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ruled that a gift given for life, belongs to the heirs (of the recipient after his death).
Grade: Sahih
زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے عمریٰ وارث کو دلا دیا۔
Zaid bin Thabit (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Umari Waris ko dila diya.
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: جَعَلَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ .
