Sunan Ibn Majah 860
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) said: “I saw the Apostle of Allah (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) raising his hands during prayer until they were parallel with his shoulders when he started to pray, when he bowed and when he prostrated.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ آپ اپنے دونوں ہاتھ نماز میں مونڈھوں ( کندھوں ) کے بالمقابل اٹھاتے جس وقت نماز شروع کرتے، جس وقت رکوع کرتے ( یعنی رفع یدین کرتے ) ، اور جس وقت سجدہ کرتے ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke main ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha ke aap apne donon hath namaz mein monDhOn ( Kandhon ) ke bal muqabil uthate jis waqt namaz shuru karte, jis waqt rukoo karte ( yani rafa' yadain karte ), aur jis waqt sajda karte
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ حِينَ يَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلَاةَ، وَحِينَ يَرْكَعُ، وَحِينَ يَسْجُدُ .
