Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best of you is the one who keeps his shoulders soft in prayer."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے بہترین شخص وہ ہے جو نماز میں کندھوں کو نرم رکھتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhuma bayan karte hain ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Tum mein se behtarin shakhs wo hai jo namaz mein kandhon ko narm rakhta hai."
نا بُنْدَارٌ ، نا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، ثنا عَمِّي عُمَارَةُ بْنُ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خَيْرُكُمْ أَلْيَنُكُمْ مَنَاكِبَ فِي الصَّلاةِ"
