It is narrated by Abdur Rahman bin Harmalah (may Allah have mercy on him) that he saw Sa'eed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him), and his nose was bleeding, and the blood was flowing from it, to the point that his fingers were stained with the blood coming out of his nose, (but) still he continued to pray and did not perform ablution.

عبدالرحمن بن حرملہ رحمہ اللہ سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے سعید بن مسیب رحمہ اللہ کو دیکھا ، ان کی نکسیر پھوٹ رہی تھی اور اس سے خون نکل رہا تھا ، یہاں تک کہ ناک سے نکلنے والے خون سے ان کی انگلیاں رنگین ہو گئیں ( لیکن ) پھر بھی وہ نماز پڑھتے رہے اور وضو کے لیے نہ گئے ۔
Abdulrehman bin Harmala rehmatullah alaih se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Saeed bin Musayyab rehmatullah alaih ko dekha un ki nakseer phut rahi thi aur us se khoon nikal raha tha yahan tak ki naak se nikalne wale khoon se un ki ungliyan rangin ho gayin lekin phir bhi wo namaz parhte rahe aur wuzu ke liye na gaye
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ « يَرْعُفُ ، فَيَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ الدَّمُ ، حَتَّى تَخْتَضِبَ أَصَابِعُهُ مِنَ الدَّمِ الَّذِي يَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَنْفِهِ ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي ، وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ »
