Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn az- Zubayr that A'isha umm al-muminin used to say, "Someone performing hajj at-tamattu who does not have a sacrificial animal fasts (three days) from the time he enters ihram for the hajj till the Day of Arafa, and if he does not fast then, he fasts the days of Mina."Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say the same concerning that, as the words of A'isha, may Allah the Exalted be pleased with her.

اُمّ المومنین سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے ، وہ کہا کرتی تھیں کہ جو شخص حج کے ساتھ عمرہ کو ملائے اور قربانی نہ کر سکے تو اس کے روزے حج کا احرام باندھنے سے لے کر یوم عرفہ ( 9 ذوالحج ) تک کے درمیان ہوں گے ، پھر اگر وہ ان میں روزے نہ رکھ سکے تو منیٰ کے ایام یعنی ایام تشریق ( 11 ، 12 ، 13 ذوالحج ) میں روزے رکھ لے ۔
Umm ul momineen sayyida ayesha razi allaho anha se riwayat hai, woh kaha karti thin keh jo shakhs hajj ke sath umrah ko milaye aur qurbani na kar sake to uske roze hajj ka ehram bandhne se le kar youm e arafah (9 zul hijjah) tak ke darmiyaan honge, phir agar woh in mein roze na rakh sake to mina ke ayaam yani ayaam e tashreeq (11, 12, 13 zul hijjah) mein roze rakh le.
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَقُولُ : « الصِّيَامُ لِمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ ، لِمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ هَدْيًا . مَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِالْحَجِّ ، إِلَى يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ . فَإِنْ لَمْ يَصُمْ ، صَامَ أَيَّامَ مِنًى »،
