Malik related to me from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih from his father from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Allah is pleased with three things from you, and He is angry with three things from you. He is pleased that you worship Him and do not associate anything with Him, and that you take hold of the rope of Allah altogether, and that you give good counsel to the one to whom Allah gives command over you. He is angry with you for gossip, squandering property, and asking too many questions."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ بلاشبہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ تمھارے لیے تین چیزوں پر راضی ( خوش ) ہوتا ہے اور وہ تمھارے لیے تین ہی چیزوں سے ناراض ہوتا ہے ۔ وہ تمھارے لیے اس بات پر خوش ہوتا ہے کہ تم اس کی عبادت کرو اور کسی بھی چیز کو اس کے ساتھ شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ اور اللہ کی رسی کو مضبوطی سے ( مل کر ) تھام لو اور جس شخص کو اللہ تعالیٰ تمھارے ( حکومتی ) معاملے کا والی ( حاکم ) بنا دے تم سب اس کی خیرخواہی کرو ( اور اس کے تمام حقوق ادا کرو ) اور وہ ( اللہ ) تمھارے لیے قیل و قال ( سنی سنائی باتیں آگے بیان کرنا ) ، مال کا ضائع کرنا اور زیادہ سوال کرنا ناپسند جانتا ہے ۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ki bila shuba Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Yaqeenan Allah Ta'ala tumhare liye teen cheezon per razi (khush) hota hai aur wo tumhare liye teen hi cheezon se naraz hota hai. Wo tumhare liye is baat per khush hota hai ki tum uski ibadat karo aur kisi bhi cheez ko uske sath sharik na therao aur Allah ki rassi ko mazbooti se (mil kar) thaam lo aur jis shakhs ko Allah Ta'ala tumhare (hukumat) ka wali (hakim) bana de tum sab uski khair khwahi karo (aur uske tamam huqooq ada karo) aur wo (Allah) tumhare liye qail o qaal (suni sunai baaten aage bayan karna), maal ka zaya karna aur zyada sawal karna napasand janta hai.
حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ : « إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَرْضَى لَكُمْ ثَلَاثًا ، وَيَسْخَطُ لَكُمْ ثَلَاثًا ، يَرْضَى لَكُمْ أَنْ تَعْبُدُوهُ ، وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا ، وَأَنْ تَعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا ، وَأَنْ تَنَاصَحُوا مَنْ وَلَّاهُ اللَّهُ أَمْرَكُمْ ، وَيَسْخَطُ لَكُمْ » قِيلَ : وَقَالَ ، « وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ ، وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ »
