كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Chapter on what is mentioned about 'Iddah (waiting period), the 'Idda of divorce, and divorce during menstruation
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْأَقْرَاءِ وَعِدَّةِ الطَّلَاقِ وَطَلَاقِ الْحَائِضِ

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab and Ibn Shihab and Sulayman ibn Yasar all said, "The idda of the woman with a khul divorce is three periods."

امام مالک رحمہ اللہ کو سعید بن مسیب ، ابن شہاب اور سلیمان بن یسار رحمۃ اللہ علیہم کے متعلق یہ خبر پہنچی کہ وہ سب کہا کرتے تھے : خلع والی عورت کی عدت تین قروء ہے ۔
Imam Malik rehmatullah alaih ko Saeed bin Musayyab, Ibn Shahab aur Sulaiman bin Yasar rehmatullah alaihim ke mutalliq yeh khabar pahunchi ki woh sab kaha karte thay: Khula wali aurat ki iddat teen quru hai.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ : « عِدَّةَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ ثَلَاثَةُ قُرُوءٍ »
