Abu Huraira said:The Prophet came out for prayer, but when he had said “God is most great” he went off, giving them a sign to stay where they were. He went away, and when he had bathed he came with his head dripping and led them in prayer. Then when he finished he said, “I was defiled by a seminal emission and forgot to bathe.” Ahmad transmitted it, and Malik transmitted it from ‘Ata’ b. Yasar inmursalform.

ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نماز کے لیے تشریف لائے ، چنانچہ آپ نے جب اللہ اکبر کہا تو پھر واپس چلے گئے اور انہیں اشارہ کیا کہ وہ اسی حالت میں رہیں ، پھر آپ گئے ، غسل کیا ، پھر تشریف لائے تو آپ کے سر سے پانی کے قطرے گر رہے تھے ، آپ ﷺ نے انہیں نماز پڑھائی ، جب نماز پڑھ چکے تو فرمایا :’’ میں جنبی تھا ، اور میں غسل کرنا بھول گیا تھا ۔‘‘ حسن ، رواہ احمد ۔
Abu Huraira RA se riwayat hai ke Nabi SAW namaz ke liye tashreef laaye, chunancha aap ne jab Allahu Akbar kaha to phir wapas chale gaye aur unhen ishara kiya ke wo isi halat mein rahen, phir aap gaye, gusl kiya, phir tashreef laaye to aap ke sar se pani ke qatre gir rahe the, aap SAW ne unhen namaz parhayi, jab namaz parh chuke to farmaya: "Mein junubi tha, aur mein gusl karna bhul gaya tha." عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَلَمَّا كَبَّرَ انْصَرَفَ وَأَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْ كَمَا كُنْتُمْ. ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ وَرَأَسُهُ يَقْطُرُ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ. فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قَالَ: «إِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا فنسيت أَن أَغْتَسِل» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
