Explanation of straightening the rows in prayer
بيان تسوية الصفوف
Mishkat al-Masabih 1092
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, "The best of the men’s rows is the first and the worst is the last, but the best of the women’s rows is the last and the worst is the first.” Muslim transmitted it.
Grade: Sahih
ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ مردوں کی صفوں میں سے پہلی صف ، بہترین صف ہے اور ان کی آخری صف کمتر ہے ، جبکہ عورتوں کی آخری صف ان کی بہترین صف ہے ، اور ان کی پہلی صف بدتر ہے ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Mardon ki saffon mein se pehli saf, behtarin saf hai aur un ki aakhri saf kamtar hai, jabkay auraton ki aakhri saf un ki behtarin saf hai, aur un ki pehli saf badtar hai.'' Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا وشرها أَولهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
