Description of visiting the sick and the reward for illness

بيان زيارة المريض وأجر المرض

Mishkat al-Masabih 1590

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The duration of a visit (to a sick person) should be (as short) as the time it takes to milk two streams of milk.” (This narration is) Weak.

Grade: Da'if

انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ عیادت (اتنے وقت کے لیے کرنی چاہیے) جتنا وقت دودھ کی دو دھاریں نکالنے کے درمیان ہوتا ہے ۔‘‘ ضعیف ۔

Anas bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Aiyadat (itne waqt ke liye karni chahie) jitna waqt doodh ki do dhariyan nikalne ke darmiyaan hota hai.'' Zaeef.

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «العيادة فوَاق نَاقَة»
