بيان مشيئة الجنازة وصلاة الجنازة
Mishkat al-Masabih 1691
Jabir reported the Prophet as saying, “Prayer should not be said over an infant which has not uttered a sound, neither may he inherit nor leave an inheritance.” Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it, but the latter did not mention “nor leave an inheritance”.

جابر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب تک پیدا ہونے والا بچہ چیخے نہیں تب تک اس کی نماز جنازہ پڑھی جائے گی نہ وہ وارث بنے گا اور نہ ہی اس کی میراث تقسیم ہو گی ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، ابن ماجہ ، لیکن انہوں نے یہ ذکرنہیں کیا کہ ’’ اس کی میراث تقسیم نہیں ہو گی ۔‘‘ ضعیف ۔
Jibir se riwayat hai ke Nabi ne farmaya: ''Jab tak paida hone wala bachcha cheekhe nahin tab tak us ki namaz janaza parhi jaye gi na wo waris bane ga aur na hi us ki miراث taqsim ho gi.'' Tirmidhi, Ibn Maja, lekin unhon ne ye zikar nahin kiya ke ''us ki miراث taqsim nahin ho gi.'' Zaeef.
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الطِّفْلُ لَا يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَلَا يَرِثُ وَلَا يُوَرَّثُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ: «وَلَا يُورث»
