‘Amr b. Shu'aib on his father’s authority said his grandfather reported the Prophet as saying, “There is to be no collecting ofsadaqafrom a distance, nor must people who own property remove it far away,* for theirsadaqatare to be received only in their dwellings.” Abu Dawud transmitted it. * The point is that the collector ofzakatmust not make people bring their animals a long distance to him, and they must not remove their animals to a distance when he is coming to collectzakat.

عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، انہوں نے نبی ﷺ سے روایت کیا ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ زکوۃ وصول کرنے والا زکوۃ سے دور بیٹھ کر مال زکوۃ اپنے پاس بلائے نہ زکوۃ دینے والے اپنا مال اپنے گھروں سے دور لے جائیں اور صدقات ان کے گھروں میں وصول کیے جائیں ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ ابوداؤد ۔
Amro bin Shuaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain, unhon ne Nabi ﷺ se riwayat kiya, Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: "Zakat wasool karne wala zakat se door baith kar maal zakat apne pass bulaye na zakat dene wale apna maal apne gharon se door le jayen aur sadaqat un ke gharon mein wasool kiye jayen." Isnadahu hasan, rawah Abu Dawood.
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ إِلَّا فِي دُورِهِمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
