To whom giving Sadaqah is not permissible
بيان من لا يجوز أن يتصدق

Zaid b. Aslam said that ‘Umar b. al-Khattab drank some milk which pleased him and asked the man who gave him the drink where that milk had come from. He informed him that he had gone down to a watering-place which he named and found there some camels which had been given assadaqabeing watered. Saying that the people had drawn off some of their milk, he added, “I put it in this milk-skin of mine, and this is it.” ‘Umar thereupon put his hand in his mouth and made himself vomit. Malik and Baihaqi, inShu’ab al-iman, transmitted it.

زید بن اسلم بیان کرتے ہیں ، عمر بن خطاب ؓ نے دودھ پیا تو وہ انہیں پسند آیا ، انہوں نے اس دودھ پلانے والے شخص سے پوچھا : یہ دودھ کہاں سے (حاصل کیا) ہے ؟ اس نے بتایا کہ وہ فلاں گھاٹ پر گیا تھا ، وہاں صدقہ کے کچھ اونٹ تھے اور وہ (چرواہے) انہیں پانی پلا رہے تھے ، انہوں نے ان کا دودھ دھویا تو میں نے اسے اپنے برتن میں ڈال لیا ، یہ وہ ہے ۔ عمر ؓ نے اپنا ہاتھ (حلق میں) ڈالا اور قے کر دی ۔ ضعیف ۔
Zaid bin Aslam bayan karte hain, Umar bin Khattab ne doodh piya to woh unhen pasand aaya, unhon ne us doodh pilane wale shakhs se pucha: yeh doodh kahan se (hasil kya) hai? us ne bataya keh woh falan ghat par gaya tha, wahan sadaqah ke kuchh unt thay aur woh (charwahe) unhen pani pila rahe thay, unhon ne un ka doodh dhoya to main ne usay apne bartan mein daal liya, yeh woh hai. Umar ne apna hath (halq mein) dala aur qay kar di. Zaeef.
عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ: شَرِبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ لَبَنًا فَأَعْجَبَهُ فَسَأَلَ الَّذِي سَقَاهُ: مِنْ أَيْنَ هَذَا اللَّبَنُ؟ فَأَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ وَرَدَ عَلَى مَاءٍ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ فَإِذَا نَعَمٌ مِنْ نَعَمِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَهُمْ يَسْقُونَ فَحَلَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا فَجَعَلْتُهُ فِي سِقَائِي فَهُوَ هَذَا: فَأدْخل عمر يَده فاستقاءه. رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ
