بيان أذكار الصباح والمساء وأذكار النوم
Mishkat al-Masabih 2387
‘Ali said that Fatima went to the Prophet to complain of the effect of the grinding-stone on her hand, as she had heard that he had acquired some slaves, but did not find him, so she mentioned the matter to ‘A'isha. When he came ‘A'isha informed him. ‘Ali said:He visited us when we had gone to bed, and when we were about to get up he told us to stay where we were. He then came and sat down between her and me, and I felt the coldness of his foot on my belly. He then said, “Let me guide you to something better than what you have asked. When you go to bed, say ‘Glory be to God’ thirty-three times, ‘Praise be to God’ thirty-three times, and ‘God is most great’ thirty-four times. That will be better for you than a servant.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

علی ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ فاطمہ ؓ نبی ﷺ کے پاس اس تکلیف کی شکایت لے کر گئیں جو انہیں چکی پیسنے سے ہوئی تھی ، اور انہیں پتہ چلا تھا کہ آپ ﷺ کے پاس کچھ غلام آئے ہیں ، لیکن ان کی آپ سے ملاقات نہ ہو سکی تو انہوں نے عائشہ ؓ سے اپنے آنے کا مقصد بیان کیا ، جب آپ تشریف لائے تو عائشہ ؓ نے آپ کو بتایا ، علی ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، آپ ایسے وقت میں ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے کہ ہم اپنے بستروں پر لیٹ چکے تھے ، ہم اٹھنے لگے تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اپنی جگہ پر لیٹے رہو ۔‘‘ پھر آپ ہمارے درمیان بیٹھ گئے حتیٰ کہ میں نے آپ کے پاؤں کی ٹھنڈک اپنے پیٹ پر محسوس کی ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کیا میں تمہیں اس چیز سے ، جس کا تم نے سوال کیا ہے ، بہتر چیز بتاؤں ؟ جب تم اپنے بستر پر جاؤ تو تینتیس مرتبہ ((سبحان اللہ)) تینتیس مرتبہ ((الحمدللہ)) اور چونتیس مرتبہ ((اللہ اکبر)) پڑھ لیا کرو ، وہ تمہارے لئے ، خادم کے مل جانے سے بہتر ہے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Ali (RA) se riwayat hai ki Fatima (RA) Nabi (SAW) ke paas us takleef ki shikayat lekar gayin jo unhen chakki peesne se hui thi, aur unhen pata chala tha ki aap (SAW) ke paas kuch ghulam aaye hain, lekin unki aap se mulaqat na ho saki to unhon ne Ayesha (RA) se apne aane ka maqsad bayan kiya, jab aap tashreef laaye to Ayesha (RA) ne aap ko bataya, Ali (RA) bayan karte hain, aap aise waqt mein hamare paas tashreef laaye ki hum apne bistaron par late chuke the, hum uthne lage to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: ''Apni jagah par late raho.'' Phir aap hamare darmiyan baith gaye hatta ki main ne aap ke paon ki thandak apne pet par mehsoos ki, aap (SAW) ne farmaya: ''Kya main tumhen us cheez se, jis ka tum ne sawal kiya hai, behtar cheez bataun? Jab tum apne bistar par jao to teintis martaba ((Subhan Allah)) teintis martaba ((Alhamdulillah)) aur chauntis martaba ((Allahu Akbar)) parh liya karo, woh tumhare liye, khadim ke mil jaane se behtar hai.'' Mutaffiq Alaih.
وَعَن عَليّ: أَن فَاطِمَة أَنْت النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَشْكُو إِلَيْهِ مَا تَلْقَى فِي يَدِهَا مِنَ الرَّحَى وَبَلَغَهَا أَنَّهُ جَاءَهُ رَقِيقٌ فَلَمْ تُصَادِفْهُ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِعَائِشَةَ فَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ قَالَ: فَجَاءَنَا وَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا مَضَاجِعَنَا فَذَهَبْنَا نَقُومُ فَقَالَ: عَلَى مَكَانِكُمَا فَجَاءَ فَقَعَدَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهَا حَتَّى وَجَدْتُ بَرْدَ قَدَمِهِ عَلَى بَطْنِي فَقَالَ: «أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمَا عَلَى خَيْرٍ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُمَا؟ إِذَا أَخَذْتُمَا مَضْجَعَكُمَا فَسَبِّحَا ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَاحْمَدَا ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَكَبِّرَا ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ فَهُوَ خير لَكمَا من خَادِم»
