Mishkat al-Masabih 2450
‘A'isha said that when God’s messenger sat in an assembly or prayed he spoke some words, so she asked him about them. Saying that they were, “Glory be to Thee, O God, and I begin with praise of Thee; there is no god but Thou; I ask forgiveness of Thee and turn to Thee in repentance,” he told her that if one speaks what is good this will act as a seal on his words till the day of resurrection, and that if one speaks what is evil this will act as an atonement for what he has said. Nasa’i transmitted it.

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ جب کسی مجلس میں بیٹھتے یا نماز پڑھتے تو آپ چند کلمات پڑھتے ، میں نے ان کلمات کے بارے میں آپ سے پوچھا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اگر تو اچھی باتیں کی گئیں تو یہ کلمات روز قیامت تک ان پر بطور مہر ہوں گے ، اور اگر کوئی بُری باتیں کی گئیں تو یہ کلمات ان کے لئے کفارہ ہوں گے :’’ اے اللہ ! تو اپنی حمد کے ساتھ پاک ہے ، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں ، میں تجھ سے مغفرت طلب کرتا ہوں اور تیرے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Ayesha bayan karti hain keh Rasool Allah jab kisi majlis mein bethte ya namaz parhte to aap chand kalmat parhte, mein ne in kalmat ke bare mein aap se poocha to aap ne farmaya: ''Agar tu acchi baaten ki gayin to ye kalmat roz qayamat tak un par ba طور mehr honge, aur agar koi buri baaten ki gayin to ye kalmat un ke liye kaffara honge: ''Ae Allah! Tu apni hamd ke sath pak hai, tere siwa koi mabood barhaq nahin, mein tujh se maghfirat talab karta hun aur tere huzur toba karta hun.'' Asnada Hasan, Riwayat Tirmidhi.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا جَلَسَ مَجْلِسًا أَوْ صَلَّى تكلَّم بِكَلِمَاتٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْكَلِمَاتِ فَقَالَ: إِنْ تُكُلِّمَ بِخَيْرٍ كَانَ طَابَعًا عَلَيْهِنَّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَإِنْ تُكُلِّمَ بِشَرٍّ كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ: سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ . رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيّ
