Yazid b. al-Asamm, Maimuna’s nephew, told on Maimuna’s authority that God’s messenger married her when he was not in the sacred state. Muslim transmitted it. TheshaikhandimamMuhyi as-Sunna has said that most people believe he married her when he was not in the sacred state, but the news of his marriage to her became public when he was performing the pilgrimage. Then when he had come out of the sacred state he cohabited with her at Sarif on the way to Mecca.

میمونہ ؓ کے بھانجے یزید بن الاصم ، میمونہ ؓ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان سے شادی کی تو آپ محرم نہیں تھے ۔ الشیخ الامام محی السنہ ؒ بیان کرتے ہیں ، اکثر محدثین کا یہ مؤقف ہے کہ آپ ﷺ نے ان سے شادی کی تو آپ محرم نہیں تھے جبکہ آپ نے حالت احرام میں اس معاملے کو ظاہر فرمایا ۔ پھر آپ نے مکہ کے راستے میں مقام سرف پر ان سے خلوت اختیار کی ، جبکہ آپ حالت احرام میں نہیں تھے ۔ رواہ مسلم ۔

Al Shaikh Al Imam Mohi us Sunnah RH bayan kartay hain, aksar muhaddiseen ka yeh mauqaf hai kay aap SAW nay un say shadi ki tou aap muhrim nahin thay jabkay aap nay halat ehraam mein iss mamlay ko zahir farmaya. Phir aap nay Makkah kay rastay mein Muqam e Saraf per un say khalwat ikhtiyar ki, jabkay aap halat ehraam mein nahin thay. Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ ابْنِ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ\قَالَ الشيخُ الإِمَام يحيى السّنة: وَالْأَكْثَرُونَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ تَزْوِيجِهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ثُمَّ بَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَال بسرف فِي طَرِيق مَكَّة\
