بيان تجنب صيد المحرم
Mishkat al-Masabih 2702
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported the Prophet as saying, “One who is in the sacred state may kill a dangerous wild beast.” Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
Grade: Da'if
ابوسعید خدری ؓ نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ مُحرِم چیر پھاڑ کرنے والے درندے کو مار سکتا ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ ابوداؤد و ابن ماجہ ۔
AbuSaeed Khudri RA Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Muhrim cheer pharne wale darinde ko maar sakta hai.'' Isnaad-e-zaeef, Riwayat Abu Dawood wa Ibn Maajah.
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ السَّبُعَ الْعَادِيَ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ
