بيان منع الحج وإلغائه

‘A’isha said that God’s messenger went in to visit Duba'a daughter of az-Zubair and said to her, “Perhaps you intended to perform the pilgrimage ?” She replied, “I swear by God that I am suffering from pain,” so he said, “Perform the pilgrimage, but make a proviso saying, ‘O God, the place where I take off theihramwill be where Thou restrainest me’.” Bukhari and Muslim.

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ ضباعہ بنت زبیر ؓ کے پاس گئے تو ان سے فرمایا :’’ شاید کہ آپ نے حج کا ارادہ کیا ہے ؟‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا : اللہ کی قسم ! مجھے کچھ تکلیف ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے انہیں فرمایا :’’ حج کریں اور شرط قائم کر لیں ، اس طرح کہیں : اے اللہ ! میرے حلال ہونے کی جگہ وہی ہو گی جہاں تو مجھے (تکلیف کی وجہ سے آگے جانے سے) روک لے گا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Ayesha bayan karti hain, Rasool Allah ziba bint zubair ke pass gaye to un se farmaya: ''Shayad ke aap ne Hajj ka iraada kiya hai?'' Unhon ne arz kiya: ''Allah ki qasam! Mujhe kuch takleef hai.'' Aap ne unhen farmaya: ''Hajj karen aur shart qaim kar len, is tarah kahen: 'Aye Allah! Mere halal hone ki jaga wahi ho gi jahan tu mujhe (takleef ki wajah se aage jaane se) rok lega.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ. قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ فَقَالَ لَهَا: «لَعَلَّكِ أَرَدْتِ الْحَجَّ؟» قَالَتْ: وَاللَّهِ مَا أَجِدُنِي إِلَّا وَجِعَةً. فَقَالَ لَهَا: حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي وَقُولِي: اللَّهُمَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حبستني
