بيان كسب وطلب الحلال
Mishkat al-Masabih 2780
Abu Umamah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “Do not sell singing slave girls, nor purchase them, nor train them, and their price is unlawful. This ruling was revealed concerning such matters: ‘And of the people is he who purchases idle talk.’ (Reported by Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah). Imam Tirmidhi said: This Hadith is Gharib, and Ali bin Yazid, the narrator of the Hadith, is weak. Its chain of narration is weak, Jada, reported by Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah. And we shall mention the Hadith narrated from Jabir: You (PBUH) prohibited eating cats. Insha’Allah, we will mention it in the Chapter of What is Permissible to Eat.

ابوامامہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ گانے والیوں کو بیچو نہ انہیں خریدو اور نہ ہی انہیں تربیت دو ، اور ان کی قیمت حرام ہے ۔ ایسے مسائل کے متعلق یہ حکم نازل ہوا :’’ بعض لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو بیہودہ باتیں خریدتے ہیں ۔‘‘ احمد ، ترمذی ، ابن ماجہ اور امام ترمذی نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ۔ اور علی بن یزید ، راوی حدیث میں ضعیف ہے ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف جذا ، رواہ الترمذی و ابن ماجہ ۔\n اور ہم جابر سے مروی حدیث : آپ ﷺ نے بلی کھانے سے منع فرمایا ۔ ان شاءاللہ تعالیٰ باب ما یحل اکلہ میں ذکر کریں گے ۔\n
Abu Umama بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ نے فرمایا :’’ Ganay walion ko baycho na unhen khareedo aur na hi unhen tarbiyat do ، aur un ki qeemat haram hai ۔ Aise masail ke mutalliq yeh hukum nazil hua :’’ Baz log aise bhi hain jo बेहूदा baaten khareedte hain ۔‘‘ Ahmad ، Tirmidhi ، Ibn Majah aur Imam Tirmidhi ne فرمایا : Yeh hadees ghareeb hai ۔ Aur Ali bin Yazid ، ravi hadees mein zaeef hai ۔ Asnada zaeef jada ، رواہ الترمذی و ابن ماجہ ۔ Aur hum Jabir se marvi hadees : Aap ne billi khane se mana فرمایا ۔ Insha Allah Ta'ala bab ma yahl akla mein zikar karenge ۔
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا تَبِيعُوا الْقَيْنَاتِ وَلَا تَشْتَرُوهُنَّ وَلَا تُعَلِّمُوهُنَّ وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ وَفِي مِثْلِ هَذَا نَزَلَتْ: (وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لهْوَ الحَديثِ)\رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَعلي بن يزِيد الرواي يُضَعَّفُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ\وَسَنَذْكُرُ حَدِيثَ جَابِرٍ: نُهِيَ عَن أكل أهر فِي بَابِ مَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ إِنْ شَاءَ الله تَعَالَى\
