Abu Huraira reported God's Messenger as saying, "On the night when I was taken up to heaven I came upon people whose bellies were like houses and contained snakes which could be seen from outside their bellies. I asked Gabriel who they were and he told me that they were people who had practised usury.” Ahmad and Ibn Majah transmitted it.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ معراج کی رات میں ایک قوم کے پاس آیا جن کے پیٹ گھروں کی مانند تھے جن میں سانپ ان کے پیٹ کے باہر سے نظر آ رہے تھے ، میں نے کہا : جبریل ! یہ کون لوگ ہیں ؟ فرمایا :’’ سود خور ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ احمد و ابن ماجہ ۔
Abu Hurairah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Miraj ki raat mein aik qaum ke paas aaya jin ke pet gharon ki manind the jin mein saanp un ke pet ke bahar se nazar aa rahe the, main ne kaha: Jibraeel! Ye kaun log hain? Farmaya: ''Sood khor.'' Isnaad-e-zaeef, Rawah Ahmad o Ibn Majah.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَتَيْتُ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِي عَلَى قَوْمٍ بُطُونُهُمْ كَالْبُيُوتِ فِيهَا الْحَيَّاتُ تُرَى مِنْ خَارِجِ بُطُونِهِمْ فَقُلْتُ: مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا جِبْرِيلُ؟ قَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ أَكَلَةُ الرِّبَا . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَابْن مَاجَه
