He reported God’s Messenger as saying, “The proviso of a loan combined with a sale is not allowable, nor two conditions relating to one transaction, nor the profit arising from something which is not in one’s charge (An article belongs to the seller till the transaction is complete, and so long as it is still in his possession he is the one who gains any profit on it or bears any loss. The buyer cannot claim profit till he is in possession of the article nor selling what is not in your possession. Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is asahihtradition.

عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، انہوں نے کہا ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ قرض اور بیع (ایک ساتھ) جائز ہے نہ ایک بیع میں دو شرطیں ، اور نہ ہی اس چیز کا منافع جائز ہے جس کا ضامن نہیں اور اس چیز کی بیع بھی جائز نہیں جو تیرے پاس نہیں ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، ابوداؤ ، نسائی ۔ اور امام ترمذی نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث صحیح ہے ۔ اسنادہ صحیح ، رواہ الترمذی و ابوداؤد و النسائی ۔
Amr bin Shoaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain, unhon ne kaha, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Qarz aur bai (ek sath) jaiz hai na ek bai mein do shartein, aur na hi us cheez ka munafa jaiz hai jis ka zaman nahi aur us cheez ki bai bhi jaiz nahi jo tere pas nahi.'' Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Nasai. Aur Imam Tirmidhi ne farmaya: Yah hadees sahih hai. Isnadah sahih, riwayat al-Tirmidhi wa Abu Dawood wa al-Nasai.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلَا شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يضمن وَلَا بيع مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا صَحِيح
